Start with the exact item
Record the product name, size, material, photograph and preferred pack. A company certificate or a material statement does not by itself describe every finished product. Ask the supplier to identify which document relates to the item you plan to buy.
Match the evidence to your use
FDA, TISI, LFGB and ISO 9001 refer to different qualification areas. Their appearance on a company profile is not a blanket certification of every GoEco item. The quality page explains these distinctions; ask for the records applicable to your selected product.
- Product specification: dimensions, capacity, composition and any coating or separate lid.
- Intended use: food type, temperature, contact time and any stated restrictions.
- Food-contact documentation: item identification, test conditions, report issuer and relevant report date.
- Any compostability claim: exact certified item, certificate scope, stated conditions and local collection acceptance.
- Manufacturing or supplier-system information: identify the site or organization covered separately from the product.
Send a complete document request
Tell GoEco which item you are evaluating, your food and operating conditions, delivery market and the documents your procurement team needs. The team can confirm availability and applicable scope. A sample trial helps assess practical fit; it is not a replacement for relevant test documentation.
