How the calculation works
Use consistent tax treatment for all prices. Tax is not added automatically. The extra-cost field does not confirm that lids or other accessories are available or compatible. This is a planning estimate, not a quotation or an order.
- Target pieces = planned servings × (1 + spare percentage ÷ 100), rounded up.
- Packs to buy = target pieces ÷ pieces per pack, rounded up.
- Total = packs × pack price + purchased pieces × accessory cost per piece + delivery.
- Cost per planned serving = total ÷ planned servings.
